Delhi's original roll carried 1.45 crore electors. 47,56,705 were struck off the roll through the ASDD deleted list (32.78% of the roll, against the Commission's own published figure of 47,56,722). A separate 33,11,746 electors remain on the roll but were served a SIR notice - their enumeration form either could not be matched to the last revision or failed one of the Commission's checks. These are two different lists, and this page treats them as two different lists throughout.
What the SIR did to Delhi's roll
Deletions and notices are two separate outcomes of the same revision. Each tile below is the Election Commission's own published figure, with a bar tracking how much of it this site has independently loaded and reconciled.
From 1.45 crore electors to two separate lists
A voter left the draft roll only if the enumeration form never came back - that entry went on the ASDD deleted list. Notices are a different, narrower branch: they are served to electors who stayed on the draft roll, because their form came back but did not reconcile.

Why an elector ended up on each list
The deleted list carries one reason per elector - permanently shifted, untraceable, death, or already enrolled elsewhere. Notices carry a different taxonomy: "No Mapping" means the digitized form could not be tied to an entry in the last revision; "Anomaly" means it matched but a field failed one of nine checks. An age band selected above filters the Anomaly breakdown on the right to that band.

Delhi does not publish a per-constituency notice figure the way Karnataka does, so this reconciliation stays state-level: one comparison for the deleted list, one for the notice list.
